Our Philosophy

GIA's recruitment efforts are driven by the need to constantly innovate and bring the best talent to the teams. Our constant vigil of the changes in the industry, research methods, their design and delivery process, essentially requires the new teams we bring onboard to be periodically trained to meet the changing needs. Research Positions

An MBA or equivalent graduate business degree with a minimum of three years corporate experience is required. Work experience with a large multinational firm, equity research firm or management consulting firm would be given special consideration. Excellent English spoken and written skills and a strong quantitative aptitude with proven business analysis skills are essential. Ability to work on multiple assignments is considered a plus. Job requires an ability to work across different time zones and support time-sensitive project requirements with our network of external industry experts, and special consultants worldwide. Research positions include Research Associates; Research Analysts; Senior Research Analysts; Project Managers; Industry Group Managers; and Information Retrieval Experts.

GIA actively recruits highly accomplished industry experts who have served a specific industry in staff or line roles for a minimum of 20 years. We particularly prefer those individuals who are retired or have time to spare for support on our on-going projects in their specific field of expertise.
